Ordering Online
1) To start shopping from the home page simply select (by clicking on to), the occasion you are interested in from the menu bar located on the left side of the screen i.e. Get well. This will open up a page displaying a range of gifts.
2) At the bottom of that page are page numbers. After viewing page (1), click onto page (2), then page (3) and so fourth.
3) If at any time you would like to enlarge a gift for a closer look and view its contents, click onto the "View More Details" button located directly underneath the gift. After viewing enlarged version of gift you can go back to browsing by pressing the "Back" button located directly under the enlarged gift.
4) To select an item for purchase at any stage simply click onto the "Add to Trolley" button located directly under the desired gift. This will take you through to your shopping trolley, which keeps a tally of the gift(s) you have selected for purchase. To pay for gift(s) simply press the "Proceed to Checkout" button located directly under your shopping trolley or if you wish to continue shopping press the "Continue Shopping" button.
5) If you have opted to "Continue Shopping ", you will return to Planet Gifts Home Page. You can then continue browsing through the site, adding as many gifts as you like to your trolley.
6) Whilst browsing through, you can at any time opt to pay. Just click onto the" READY TO PAY NOW" button located in the right hand corner of every page. This will take you through to your "Shopping Trolley" again where you will select the "Proceed to Checkout" button. You will then be transferred to our user friendly secure Order Form & Payment Site.
NOTE: If you would like to send gifts to multiple addresses simply repeat the shopping and payment process for each recipient. Alternatively free call 1800 070 222 to place your order with a Planet gifts Team Member. Ask for a catalogue if this method of shopping is your preferred way to shop.
Ordering By Phone
Another method of placing a telephone order is to simply select your goods on-line as described in the steps above for on-line shopping. However when you are ready to pay and have gone through to the payment site, you will be given four options of payment -1) On-line, 2) Telephone, 3) Fax or 4) Mail. Select the " Telephone" button and an order form will appear. You will just need to enter your name, address and telephone number, along with the details of the recipient. No transaction details are necessary. After you have finished typing in these details simply press the "submit" button at the bottom of the page and a Planet Gifts Team Member will contact you shortly for transaction details.
Ordering by Fax
Simply select your gifts online as described in the Online Shopping steps above. After you have selected your gift and gone through to the payment site you will be given four options of payment - 1) On-line, 2) Telephone, 3) Fax or 4) Post. Select the Fax button, and an order form will appear. Fill out the form, then print and fax to us, or simply print out a blank order form and fill in manually, and then fax. Ordering by Post
If you are more comfortable ordering through the post simply call one of our Planet Gifts Team Members who will gladly send you out an order form and a catalogue. Otherwise print an order form from our site by following the steps above in the ON-LINE selection. After you have selected your gift and gone through to the payment site you will have four options of payment -1)Online, 2)Telephone, 3) Fax and 4) Post. Simply select the POST button and an order form will appear. Print this form, fill in and post to Planet Gifts: 17 Bedford Street, Collingwood Victoria 3066, with a cheque or money order made payable to Planet Gifts. Please remember when sending a cheque, that gifts will be despatched when cheque has cleared (normally 4-5 working days). We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Bankcard, American Express and Diners.
