IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION –

The delivery costs & times for gifts being sent within Australia are outlined above.

DELIVERY addresses -
• Where possible, please provide a BUSINESS address or ensure the recipient will be at home on the day of the delivery. If delivery is to a home address, and must be signed for, the recipient’s contact number must be provided.
• Please enter all delivery details carefully. Inaccurate or misspelt delivery information often results in delays in delivery. If Planet Gifts is charged a re-delivery fee by our couriers because of inaccurate delivery details, that charge will be passed onto you.
• Should you opt to have the parcel left at front door / back door, Planet Gifts will not be held liable if the goods go missing or are damaged.
Please contact Planet Gifts on 1800 070 222 to provide specific delivery instructions after placing your online order.
• If you opt to have the recipient sign for delivery and no one is available to sign, a letter will be left in the recipient's mailbox informing him or her to contact our couriers for a new delivery time, redelivery may be delayed due to courier schedules. Additional courier fees may apply.

DELIVERY times –
• As a guide only, our couriers attempt to deliver between 8am and 5pm, Monday - Friday. Unfortunately, we are unable to give the exact time your gift will be delivered. For delivery on public holidays and weekends within Melbourne please call 1800 070 222 to discuss your special delivery requirements. We do not deliver on public holidays and weekends outside of Melbourne.
• All delivery date requested are approximations only. While we endeavor to deliver by the date requested, this is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle cancellation of an order.
• During peak periods, such as Christmas or holidays, we will endeavour to have your gift delivered on the date you requested or slightly earlier. The delivery times shown above will vary during these periods due to the large volume of deliveries. We suggest ordering well in advance during these periods.
• Please view our delivery times carefully as they outline the time needed for Planet Gifts to dispatch your gift to its desired destination.

DISCOUNTED courier rates -
• The delivery cost to send one gift to one address is outlined above. To send multiple gifts to the one address within Victoria's Metro Areas will also only attract the one courier fee. For BULK orders being sent outside of Victoria’s metro area and all other states, please contact Planet Gifts on 1800 070 222 for a quote on bulk deliveries as reduced rates do apply.
• To send multiple gifts to multiple addresses simply repeat the shopping and payment process for each recipient.

INTERNATIONAL Deliveries –
• For fees and delivery times of gifts being sent overseas please call 1800 070 222 to speak to a Planet Gifts Team Member. Due to varying customs regulations we are only able to send a select number of our hampers overseas. When possible, we will suggest an alternative company if courier fees are considered too high. As a guide only, courier rates for smaller hampers, start at $55.00 and go upwards to $120.00 depending on the destination. The cost is based on weight & destination. International orders cannot be placed online.

• Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998, it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $6,000), and for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $500).
